Confidence Busters, Part 2

Sometimes we have trouble getting ahead in life. But simple ways of changing our thinking allows us to dramatically change our lives. Here are a few more tips for stomping out those confident busters:

  1. I don't have a track record. Don't concern yourself with lack of experience and past mistakes. Failures are your life lessons. Strengthen your record by remembering what has not worked for you so you can make a conscious effort to change your approach.
  2. People think I'm not (smart, successful, lovable, modest...) enough. Follow your own intuition and don't pay mind to what others think.
  3. I don't even know anybody who does that. Find a role model and allow that person to inspire you. If you're into fashion get the history of one fashion designer you admire. If you love business, study millionaires.
  4. I don't have what it takes. Expect doubt to show up, but don't let it in. affirm that everything you need is already within you.
  5. What if I fail? You will never know what will happen unless you take a chance. Remember your past successes and pinpoint the character trait that helped you succeed. Trust in the divine orchestration of life. What you  offer to this world is valuable, meaningful and unique.
Live you best life today, you deserve it.
Enjoy
